Essential Responsibilities
•Lead the design team and review, accept and assign design requests in a fast paced environment
•Complete quality design work in a timely manner
•Work with engineers of different companies to understand needs and updated design standards and guidelines for new products
•Perform detailed design and six sigma reliability activities.
•Track key metrics and report back to the leadership team .
•Demonstrated experience designing and qualifying mechanical devices
•Demonstrates practical approach to problem solving and understanding limitations
